Acceptance of Voucher Terms and Conditions
The beneficiary of the Travel Round Wine voucher will have to deliver it, digitally or in the physical space, in order to enjoy the offer. This delivery must happen at least 5 days before the intended date of use of the voucher if it is an activity related to Wine Tourism, Enogastronomy, Spirits, Gastronomy, Accommodation, Leisure, and Wellness.
There are some experiences, such as some Olivotourism experiences, conditioned to a certain time of the year and therefore can only be used for a more limited period of time.
The use of Travel Round Wine vouchers in the courses it offers requires a previous booking of 1 to 2 months, as these are situations in which it is necessary to guarantee a minimum number of registrations to take place.
The booking of any product is always subject to the availability of our partners: wineries, restaurants, hotels, boats, mills, and other products to be identified at the time of booking.
Voucher values in tabulated experiments may change according to the time of year, partner availability, or situations that may impact the experiments.
At the time of booking it is necessary to present the voucher. Each voucher is valid for one year, however, and taking into account the current pandemic situation that surrounds us, this period may be extended through analysis by the company. Changes in activities caused by the pandemic, for example, can be replaced by a voucher of the same value to be used later in the same or another activity.
The voucher can also be used in tailor-made experiments and adapted to the client’s wishes. In these cases, the value of the voucher may undergo changes and analysis by Travel Round Wine and its network of partners.
In case of non-attendance or cancellation of the reservation with less than 24 hours in advance, in the case of products related to Enogastronomy and Gastronomy, 5 days for activities related to Wine Tourism, Olivotourism, Spirits and with 1 month in advance when it comes to the different courses that Travel Round Wine provides, the voucher will be considered as used.
In the case of non-use, loss, theft, or destruction of the voucher, the beneficiary may not claim any compensation for it.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 1 year. After the end of this period, the voucher is considered unusable.
