On the 1st day of your trip:

The traveler takes a guided tour to the centenary Carthusian cellar, located in Évora, which is surrounded by biologically cultivated vineyards and where wines as emblematic as Pera Manca were grown.
Finally, visitors have the possibility of tasting the Carthusian tasting, which includes a visit to the winery and tasting of 3 wines selected by the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation (except Pera Manca White and Red – which can be tasted outside the scope of the guided visit to the winery, by glass) and also gastronomic accompaniment and olive oil tasting.

After the tasting, the visitor will travel to the city of Évora Cidade Património a UNESCO, where he will have lunch in a city restaurant with regional cuisine, wines from the region and others from other regions of the country.

In the afternoon

The visitor can do a TRW reconnaissance on foot or by car, as desired to the city, which has many points of cultural interest that may come to know as the Temple of Diana, Chapel of Bones and even the Cathedral of Évora.

At the end of the day, they go to the hotel where they have dinner at a restaurant that offers traditional Alentejo cuisine or other meals.

On the second day of the trip:

After the view to the hill, the visitors will return to Lisbon, the place from where they left.
